Pause, digital photography
Unexpectedly good photograph taken at the British Museum, London while I was visiting with a friend in December.
Monument, digital photography
Spent a day in the cemetery and managed to finally get this photo to work out. Took many similar photos, with varying degrees of overexposure and silly background elements as a result.
Poser, pen and ink with digital colours
If I have to draw fruit and vegetables, I might as well enjoy myself.
In Which Cimorene Refuses to Be Proper and Has a Conversation with a Frog, pen and ink with digital colours
An illustration I made from the first chapter of the book Dealing with Dragons by Patricia C. Wrede. Mostly silly, amusing little books. And, since I want to be an illustrator, I illustrated it. I have a few more from the first book, but only this one has been complete so far.
Helping Hands, watercolour with coloured pencils and pen and inks.
Mostly a mixed media experiment. People seem to have a large variety of reactions to this piece, even if that wasn’t my intention. Some think that it is very sad, some say it’s funny, some say it’s just playful. I have to admit, I haven’t thought about it that much.
